First, please reach out to your Property eLearning Manager or Course Instructor for assistance. They should be able to quickly reset your eLearning password.


If they are unavailable to assist, then use this form to request that we reset your password. It is important that you enter detailed information into this form. We use this information to verify your login.

Your property must have an active Oracle Hospitality OPERA eLearning Subscription. We do not accept requests for new logins or reinstate inactive logins. These must go thru your Property eLearning Manager or Course Instructor.

Our normal office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (08:00-17:00) Eastern Standard Time. We try to respond within 48 hours, however, some responses may take up to 5 business days. Please do not enter multiple requests within a 48 hour period.

Include any alternate names or spellings you may use.

Do not include any passwords. Type "Unknown" if you do not know your User Name.

This should be the same email address attached to your login and will be used to send your updated login details.
Please do not abbreviate. If your Hotel is part of a major chain, please include the name of the City of where it is located.
